All footage and project files are treated as confidential.

• Use client materials outside the agreed scope of work

Files are used exclusively for the execution of the agreed services.

4. Portfolio Use

We do not publish or use completed videos without your prior written consent.

If permission is granted, selected projects may be used for portfolio or marketing purposes.
Without such consent, your project remains private.

5. File Storage & Retention

During active project work, files may be temporarily stored on secure cloud platforms (such as Dropbox or similar services).

We apply technical measures to ensure secure storage and internal backup during the active production phase.

RAW footage (original large files) is stored for 30 days after final project delivery. After this period, RAW materials may be permanently deleted.

We recommend that clients maintain backup copies of all original materials.
WedEdit does not provide long-term storage of RAW files and does not guarantee their availability after the defined retention period.

Final edited videos may be archived for a longer period. However, we do not guarantee indefinite storage.

6. Payment Processing

Payments are processed through third-party providers (including Stripe, PayPal, Payoneer, or bank transfer).

We do not store full credit card details or complete payment information.

7. Data Protection

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect project materials and personal data.

However, no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Clients remain responsible for maintaining backups of their original files.

You may contact us regarding:
